Features
What is inside Firmo90.
Every screen of the app as it is. What is free and what is Premium, said up front.
01Counter
Your days, counted on their own.
You log day 1 and the counter keeps counting. If you slip and log it, the streak restarts right away, but your record and history stay, and journal, level and points are not reset.
- Main counter plus up to 2 custom counters on the free account
- Current streak and record, side by side
- Daily check-in in seconds
02Partner
PremiumA real person by your side.
Another real person, same gender, on the same path. Nobody gets paired without asking, and the other person has to accept. Rather go alone? The whole app works without a partner.
- Always the same gender: men with men, women with women
- Anonymous Chat: 7 days with your identity protected
- Ongoing partner: one person to walk with you for longer
03SOS
PremiumAnd when the urge hits?
On the home screen there is a control you slide when it gets hard. From there, Firmo90 fills the minutes when the urge feels bigger than you.
- First, the right question: hungry, angry, lonely or tired
- Five minutes deciding nothing, with guided breathing
- Your escape plan, your photos and one tap to your partner
04Community
People on the same path.
Posts by nickname, no judgement. Reading is free and, on the free account, you publish 2 posts and 2 comments a day.

- 2 posts, 2 comments and 20 likes a day on the free account
