By accessing or using Firmo90, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the application or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Firmo90 is a platform supporting recovery from pornography addiction. The app offers daily tracking tools, a support community, educational content, and motivational reflections.

Firmo90 is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. We strongly recommend that users seek professional help in conjunction with using the application.

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Firmo90 processes data related to addiction recovery, including daily check-ins, emotional states, and personal diary entries. Under LGPD Art. 11 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and GDPR Art. 9 (EU General Data Protection Regulation), this data constitutes sensitive health data.

Explicit consent for the processing of this data is obtained during the registration process. By creating your account and using the tracking features, you expressly consent to the processing of this information for the purposes described in these terms.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Withdrawal of consent results in the permanent deletion of all your sensitive data within 30 days.

Firmo90 is NOT a medical service, therapy, or treatment. The application does not replace professional care from psychologists, psychiatrists, or addiction specialists.

Firmo90 exclusively provides community support and self-monitoring tools. No content or feature of the application should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prescription, or medical recommendation.

If you are in crisis, seek professional help immediately: In the US, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. In Brazil, call CVV (188) or SAMU (192). Contact your local emergency services as needed.

We strongly recommend that all users seek professional support in conjunction with using the application.

To use Firmo90, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated. Use of false identities for malicious purposes may result in account termination.

Firmo90 is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The platform addresses sexual addiction recovery and adult behavioral patterns, making it inappropriate for minors.

During registration, we require a declared date of birth. Any user under 18 is automatically blocked by the system and cannot complete sign-up.

If we discover that a minor has registered using a false date of birth, the account will be blocked immediately and all associated personal data will be purged within 30 days, in compliance with applicable child protection legislation (LGPD Art. 14, COPPA, GDPR-K). Parents or guardians may request immediate deletion at support@firmo90.com.

You agree to use Firmo90 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you must not: post offensive, pornographic, violent, or hate-inciting content in the community.

Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users is prohibited. Any attempt to compromise the app's security, including unauthorized access attempts to other users' accounts, is strictly forbidden.

You must not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service. Sharing content that violates third-party copyrights is also not permitted.

Zero tolerance for violations. Consequences escalate with severity and repeat offenses, applied in three tiers: (1) minor violation — formal warning, temporary mute, or content removal, with the rest of the app untouched; (2) repeat or medium violation — loss of access to the community and/or accountability-partner system, while individual features (journey, knowledge, habits) stay active; (3) severe violation or further repeat — permanent account ban, no second chance.

Severe cases go straight to a permanent ban without prior notice: abuse, harassment, threats, explicit sexual content, content involving minors, fraud, attacks on platform security, or any behavior that puts other members at real risk.

You can appeal any penalty by emailing support@firmo90.com with your reason and evidence. Reviews are manual and may result in revocation, reduction, or upholding of the penalty.

These rules apply across every social space inside Firmo90 — community, forum, clans, and the accountability-partner chat. Using any of these spaces means you commit to each one of them.

1) Respect for human dignity. Treat everyone with kindness, even when you disagree. Insults, name-calling, discrimination, and personal attacks based on sexual orientation, religion, race, weight, appearance, age, or relapse history are forbidden.

2) No flirting, romance, or come-ons. Firmo90 is not a dating app. Do not try to build a romantic or sexual connection with other members, regardless of orientation or gender. This includes physical compliments, asking for photos, suggesting a meet-up, innuendo, and seductive messages. It applies inside the accountability-partner chat as well.

3) No explicit or graphic sexual content. Do not post pornography, suggestive images, graphic descriptions of sexual acts, explicit audio or video, deepfakes, or AI-generated sexual content — including links and descriptions. Any content involving minors is absolute zero tolerance and is reported to law enforcement.

4) Report relapses carefully. Talking about relapse is part of recovery, but avoid graphic descriptions, visual triggers, or details that could provoke other members. Share the event and the feeling; do not describe sites, acts, or fantasies.

5) Anonymity and privacy. Do not share information that identifies you or another member — full name, address, phone, personal email, social profiles, face photos, screenshots of DMs, workplace, exact city. Exposing another member's data (doxxing) leads to an immediate ban.

6) No impersonation. Do not pretend to be someone else, a credentialed professional (therapist, psychologist, doctor), or a public figure. Do not use someone else's photo, name, or bio. Do not pose as Firmo90 staff.

7) No selling, promotion, or recruiting. Do not sell, promote, or recruit for anything outside Firmo90 — products, services, courses, coaching, MLM, external groups, churches, other apps, affiliate links.

8) Do not move conversations off-app. Asking to chat on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email, or any external channel is forbidden. It bypasses moderation and exposes the other member to real risk.

9) Respect other people's faith (and lack of it). Firmo90 serves people of every faith and people with no religious belief. Talk about your faith in the right spaces (Plans, Blog, clans flagged as religious), but do not try to convert, judge, or condition support on religion.

10) No partisan politics or culture-war fights. Party politics, ideology, and culture-war debates (left vs. right, feminism, toxic masculinity, vaccines, abortion, candidates) do not belong in Firmo90. Keep the focus on recovery.

11) No spam, bots, or flooding. Do not send the same message in multiple places, do not use automation scripts, do not flood the feed, do not write in nonstop caps.

12) Report, do not retaliate. See someone breaking a rule? Use the Report button on the post, profile, or message. Do not respond with insults, do not start a pile-on, do not expose the member in another post.

Enforcement follows the three-tier model described in "Acceptable Use — Zero Tolerance". Granular penalties touch only the community or only the partnership system, leaving the rest of the app intact; severe or repeat violations result in a permanent account ban.

Firmo90 has an absolute zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual exploitation. It is strictly forbidden to upload, host, request, share, or generate any content that sexualizes or exploits anyone under 18, including images, video, audio, text, deepfakes, AI-generated content, and simulations (Brazil — ECA Arts. 240, 241, 241-A through 241-E; United States — 18 U.S.C. § 2256).

Also forbidden: grooming, solicitation of a minor, sextortion of a minor, and any use of the platform to establish sexual contact with minors. Attempts — even uncompleted — are treated with the same severity as completed acts (ECA Art. 241-D; 18 U.S.C. § 2422).

Firmo90 runs automated image moderation (Amazon Rekognition) and text/pattern moderation (regex and AI) on every user-generated surface. Messages, posts, photos, and any uploaded media may be analyzed to detect and block such content. This processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to protect the physical safety of third parties (LGPD Art. 7 IX and Art. 11 II "g"; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (d)).

Accounts flagged with any suspicion will be permanently suspended without prior notice. Evidence will be preserved for up to 10 years for cooperation with authorities, in line with the criminal prescription period, even if the account holder requests deletion under data protection law — child safety overrides the right to erasure (LGPD Art. 16 IV; GDPR Art. 17(3)(b)).

Detected cases are reported to the U.S. NCMEC CyberTipline (mandatory under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), Brazilian SaferNet and Federal Police — Cybercrime Unit, and to INHOPE hotlines in other jurisdictions. We will not notify the suspected user about the report, in order to preserve the integrity of any investigation.

To report suspicious content or behavior in-app, use the "Report" button on any message or profile, choosing the appropriate category (CSAM, grooming, sextortion, solicitation of a minor). External reporting: support@firmo90.com (24/7 monitored channel) or directly https://report.cybertip.org.

Firmo90 offers premium plans with different subscription periods. The pricing and features of each plan are described on the app's pricing page.

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play (Android). Payment, renewal, and cancellation terms follow Google Play's policies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Premium access will be maintained until the end of the already-paid period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change premium plan prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect the current subscription period.

Brazil (CDC Art. 49): You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, without the need for justification. A full refund will be processed within 30 days.

European Union (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16): You have the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. By starting to use the digital service, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately upon purchase confirmation.

International: Firmo90 includes a 7-day free trial period. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, no refunds are offered. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

All cancellations must be made through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible via the app's cancellation page (/cancel).

All Firmo90 content, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code, is owned by Firmo90 or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

Content you create in the community (posts, comments) remains your authorship, but you grant Firmo90 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the platform.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the application or its content without express written authorization.

Firmo90 is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your expectations or be error-free.

In no event shall Firmo90 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Firmo90 is not a mental health or medical service. In case of a crisis, seek professional help immediately. In the US, you can reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. After termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these terms.

After termination, the sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the user's domicile, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

For users outside Brazil, these terms will be interpreted according to the laws of the user's country of residence, to the extent they do not conflict with Brazilian legislation.
