Delete Account
You can delete your Firmo90 account at any time directly from the app. Deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed from our servers.
1. Open the Firmo90 app
Log in to your account as usual.
2. Go to your profile
Tap the profile icon on the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap Edit Profile
Tap the "Edit Profile" button on your profile screen.
4. Scroll to the bottom
At the bottom of the edit screen, you will find the "Delete Account" option.
5. Confirm deletion
You will be asked to confirm. After confirming, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Data that will be deleted
- •Personal information (name, email, profile photo)
- •Progress data and check-in history
- •Community posts and comments
- •Chat messages
- •App preferences and settings
- •Subscription data (premium access will be canceled)
Data retention
After account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymized and aggregated data used for statistics may be retained, but cannot identify you in any way.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, contact us at support@firmo90.com and we will process your request within 30 business days.
