What is Firmo90?
An app for anyone who decided to quit porn: a counter that counts on its own, a daily check-in, a community by nickname, neuroscience articles and, if you want, a real same-gender partner. Available on Android.
How does the accountability partner work?
You join the queue when you want and the other person has to accept. Pairing is always same-gender. There are two ways: the Anonymous Chat, 7 days with your identity protected, and the ongoing partner, one person to walk with you for longer. If you have a partner, one tap sends the SOS and opens the conversation.
What happens if I slip?
You log it, the streak restarts right away and the counter starts counting again. Your history and your record stay, and journal, level and points are not reset.
Which platforms is the app available on?
Firmo90 is on iPhone, through the App Store, and on Android, through Google Play. You create your account with email or Google.
Is Firmo90 only for men?
No. Firmo90 is for men and women. Partners are always the same gender and the content adapts to your profile.
I have an iPhone. Can I use it?
You can. Firmo90 reached the App Store in September 2026 and runs on iPhone and Android. It is the same account on both: install it, sign in with the same email and pick up where you left off.
How do I create my account?
Download the app, tap 'Create account' and follow the steps. You can sign up with email or your Google account, with no card.
Can I use a nickname?
Yes. You appear under the nickname you choose and can use one of the app avatars. No real photo is required.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, as stated in our privacy policy.
Is it free to start?
Yes. You create your account for free, with no card, and it does not expire.
Do I need a card?
No. You create the account and start without any card. If you ever want Premium, the purchase happens inside the app, through your phone's store. Nothing is charged on the site.
Is all of Firmo90 free?
No. The free account tracks your counter, your check-ins, the neuroscience articles and reading the community, with daily limits. Partner, SOS, journal, Oliver, connections, clans and full statistics are Premium, inside the app.
Is my data safe?
Connections use HTTPS/TLS. Your name is encrypted in the database and you appear under a nickname. Journal, relapses and check-ins are encrypted on the server, and partner conversations travel over a protected connection. We do not sell your data.
Can anyone see my progress?
No. Your progress is private. In the community, you only share what you want, when you want. No personal progress data is visible to other people.
Does Firmo90 block content on my device?
No. Firmo90 does not install a VPN, website blocker, or uninstall protection. If it helps, combine the app with SafeSearch, your device's built-in content controls, or an external tool of your choice.
